Prestige group was founded in 1986 by CMD Razack Sattar and ably supported by his sons Rezwan Razack, Irfan Razack and Noaman Razack. What started off as serving a middleman helping brokerage deals between buyers and sellers, the brothers graduated by mid 80s to the construction business. Prestige group began its journey from retail business and ventured into real estate with its first project named Prestige Court at KH road, Bangalore. Till date, company has completed about 195 projects covering 67 million sqft and is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Currently company has 65 on-going projects covering 70.45sqft. They have further spread their wings in commercial, residential, leisure and hospitality segments too spanning over 51 million sqft.

Company currently has 65 projects constituting of about 54.45 million sqft which are in various stages of completion and 28 upcoming projects which have been announced.
