1. How do I book my home at Prestige Kew Gardens?
Please identify your Apartment from available options.
• Fill in the booking application form and provide your KYC documents.
• Pay the initial booking amount of 20% by way of cheque/DD favouring
‘Prestige Estates Projects Limited” together with required supporting
Documents.
Kindly ensure that you have deducted 1% from the booking amount as TDS
before handing it over to the Sales representative. (Kindly ensure to deduct 1%
TDS, whenever a payment is made towards the immovable property valued Rs.
50 Lakhs and above, and remit the balance. Also arrange to send duly signed form 16B (hard copy).
2. Is there any differential in price based on orientation and floor of the apartments?
Yes, there is a differential pricing for apartments. For every level/floor rise there
is an increase of Rs.25/*- per sqft. In addition to the floor rise, select apartments
will also attract a preferential location charge (PLC) of Rs.75/*-.

3. Is there a clubhouse and what are the amenities?
The project will have an elaborate Club house with spaces for Health club,
Gymnasium Swimming pool with Kids Pool, Banquet Hall, Badminton courts,

4. Is this a phased development and what are the timeline for completion?
The entire project will be ready for possession in 42 months from the date of
commencement with an additional 6 months grace period.

6. Who are the key architects?
The International Architecture firm, R.S.P Design Consultants are the key
designers for Prestige Kew Gardens.
7. When does the development start and when do I expect to move in?
Construction will commence by July 2016 tentatively and your new home will
welcome you from Dec, 2019 onwards.
8. Are modifications permitted in the apartments at Prestige Kew Gardens?
The specifications and designs have been carefully worked out. Considering the
number of apartments and the delivery date, customization will not be possible
in the collective interest of the purchasers.
9. Is title of the property clear?
Legal due diligence has been done. The land is freehold, marketable and free
from all encumbrances.
10. What are the agreements that need to be signed?
The Agreements that need to be signed is ‘Agreement to Sell’, followed by a Sale Deed upon completion of the development.
11. What is the process of Registration?
Registration will be done only on completion of the development and on payment
of the entire sale consideration including the additional charges. Registration
will be facilitated by us through an advocate appointed by Prestige.
12. What is the process of Assignment?
Assignment can be done only after the Agreements have been signed, PDCs given, instalments paid and the new party complying with the terms and conditions of the principal agreement
Transfer fee of Rs.150/- per sq. will be required to be paid. If you have availed a loan then you will be required to retrieve and hand over all letters and documents issued by Prestige to the bank / housing finance institution along with their NOC. Please note that transfer will be done only when you have no amount due and interest for delayed payments, if applicable, has been paid to Prestige as on the intended date of transfer.
13. What happens if Prestige delays the construction?
Our endeavour is to complete and hand over the project as per committed time
lines. However, for reasons beyond our control if the project is delayed, Prestige
will pay 9%* per annum on the amount collected which will be clearly brought
out in the agreements (* Conditions apply).
14. Do they have a clubhouse and if yes what are the amenities?
The society will have a Children’s Play Area, and a Clubhouse that will be equipped with a Gymnasium, Health Club for Men and Women, a Swimming Pool, and Table Tennis.
15. Is car parking available, if yes, how many?
There is one car parking space for every apartment. Additional car parking
request will be taken up towards project completion subject to availability.
16. What are the additional charges that need to be paid?
BESCOM and BWSSB charges, VAT, Service tax, Sinking fund, Advance
maintenance charges, Generator charges, Khata assessment charges, Registration
charges and any other statutory charges/ duties as applicable.
VAT and Service Tax will be collected along with booking amount and instalments
spread till possession.
17. Has the Prestige Kew Gardens been approved by HFIs?
Yes we have select Banks/HFIs who will extend loans to customers based on
their eligibility criteria.
18. What is my responsibility of disbursement of instalments through HFIs?
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure timely disbursement of instalments
from HFIs and no demand will be made by us to the HFIs for the same. To
facilitate smooth payments, customers are required to agree to a pre-determined
payment schedule and issue a mandate to the HFI to disburse payments as per the
schedule. This will be done via a ‘Mandatory Disbursement Form’ at the time of
signing the sale agreement.
19. What is the scheme of maintenance?
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure timely disbursement of instalments
from HFIs and no demand will be made by us to the HFIs for the same. To
facilitate smooth payments, customers are required to agree to a pre-determined
